Mixing ratio: 80 % Arabica beans / 20 % Robusta beans
A special blend of selected Arabica beans from the best growing regions of Brazil and Colombia, refined with Robusta beans from Indonesia. Caffè Corsini roasts its coffee blends very gently and slowly in the drum roaster, so that many acids and bitter substances are dissolved from the roasted beans.
The hazelnut-coloured crema has fine pores.
Rating: medium strong coffee, good crema formation, medium caffeine content.

An old time cocktail classic, Blue Curaçao is known for its deep blue colour, tart orange flavour and tropical credentials.
Flavoured with the dry peel of the green oranges, which are descended from Valencia oranges, from the West Indian Island of Curaçao, this liqueur embodies this tropical island paradise with its beaches and coral reefs. Discovered by accident, the drink was originally marketed by a Spanish family from Curacao in the 19th century.
